The 2026 renewal season is officially underway! Starting today, members may pay their annual dues. Dues for 2026 remain unchanged — Regular Membership is $35 and Junior Membership is $1.

​

Dues are payable from November 1 through December 31. Please note that failure to renew by the deadline will result in the loss of continuous membership status and will require reapplication with a sponsor.

Members aged 65 and older with 10 years of good standing will have their dues waived and receive a free lifetime membership. Lifetime membership cards are already in the mail!

How to Renew:​

In-Person: Visit the club during operating hours to renew in person with cash or check.

 

Online: Renew easily using the below links:

Please Note: A 5% processing fee will be added to cover credit card and administrative expenses.

Become A Member

As of January 2025, the Carroll Rod and Gun has moved to an exclusively online application process. After months of testing, we are confident this new process will provide a more streamlined experience for everyone. 

Membership Options

The Club offers two membership types which run annually from January through December. 

 

Regular:

Includes access to the clubhouse, ranges, and members-only events. 

Cost: $35.00

​

Junior:

Allows those under 18 to access the facilities and enjoy free youth events throughout the year. 

Cost: $1

 

How to Apply:

Applying to the club is easy!

​

Step One: Fill out the online application. Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email. 

​

Step Two: Use the payment link in your confirmation email to pay to application fee. You may also pay in person (cash/check) at the membership meeting. 

​

Step Three: Attend the next membership meeting following submission. Meetings are held at the club on the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm. Your application must be submitted by Sunday night before the meeting.

​

Note: All prospective members must be sponsored by a current member. Once voted in, new members are on a 90 day probationary period during which they can not sponsor another member.
